Hate Offenses
The following hate offenses manifest evidence of prejudice based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or ethnicity/national origin.

a. Murder/Non-negligent manslaughter
b. Negligent manslaughter
c. Sex offenses - Forcible
d. Sex offenses - Non-forcible
(incest and statutory rape only)
e. Robbery
f.   Aggravated assault
g. Burglary
h. Motor vehicle theft
i.   Arson
j.   Any other crime involving bodily injury
