Minnesota Public Radio will carry the conversation live on all their stations beginning at 9:00 a.m. The particular focus will be on how citizens at Crookston and North Minneapolis can work together to influence politics and the legislative agenda. State lawmakers representing both locations will offer their views on the subject. Citizens at each location can make comments and ask questions, and phone calls will be taken from the radio listening audience. Everyone is invited to join in. Coffee will be available at 8:30 a.m. at the Crookston site, then live on the radio from 9-10 a.m. If you cant join the group at UMC, you are invited to listen to any Minnesota Public Radio Station. Connecting Lucilles Kitchen and the University of Minnesota Crookston provides opportunity for citizens from different backgrounds to explore common interests.
