Pam Stenzel, founder and director of Straight Talk, will speak at UMC on Tuesday, December 9, at 6:00 p.m. in Sahlstrom Conference Center AB. Her topic is "Sex Has a Price Tag."

This will be a frank discussion of the physical and emotional consequences of sex outside of a permanent monogamous relationship. Listeners will gain insights into pregnancy, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, including HIV/AIDS, as well as information on the effects of early sex on current and future relationships.

Straight Talk is an organization established for the purpose of educating teens about issues of sexuality and the importance of chastity. Stenzel has spoken with over 250,000 teenagers across the nation on the subjects of teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS.

Stenzel has a degree in psychology from Liberty University.
