UMC SIFE Students to Sponsor Craft Show October 25

The University of Minnesota, Crookston (UMC) Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) will sponsor the 22nd Annual Red River Valley Arts and Crafts Show at the Crookston Armory on Saturday, October 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Many regional artisans and crafters are scheduled to participate.  The event is open to the public.  Concessions will be available, and there will also be a drawing for a turkey.

The Arts and Crafts Show is an opportunity for the UMC SIFE students to connect with the Crookston community and provide a great business opportunity for the club.

SIFE is active at more than 1,000 college and university campuses in more than 25 countries.  Students are energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about seizing their opportunities and making a difference.  Through a collaborative effort between business and education, SIFE teams improve the quality of life and the standard of living around the world by teaching the principles of market economics, entrepreneurship, business ethics, and personal financial success.
