First Annual Winter Job Fair Set for January 29

Career Services and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) at the University of Minnesota, Crookston (UMC) will sponsor their First Annual Job and Internship Fair for all UMC students and alumni on Wednesday, January 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Bede Ballroom on the UMC campus.

Twenty companies are expected to attend the event to visit with students about job possibilities and internships. Companies attending include:  

All students are encouraged to register with Career Services and post their resume on our new e-recruiting website.  Students will be required to have a resume in order to interview.  Company booths will be open for visitation to students, faculty, staff, and alumni from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 to 2 p.m.   

Students can sign-up for interviews with the companies now at the Career Services Office, 270 Owen Hall.  Slots are filling up fast.  Interviews will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. on the same day of the job fair.  All students who need help with their resumes can stop by the Career Services Office daily.  Learn more from the Career Services Website at <www.crk.umn.edu/people/services/CAREER>.
