The University of Minnesota, Crookston Pre-Season Volleyball Camp is designed for those individuals who wish to get a jump on their opponents. The main objective of this camp is to give volleyball players the opportunity to get back into shape by a more aggressive physical workout schedule during camp sessions. Scheduling the camp in early August offers student/athletes a chance to work on their skills along with the physical condition that will help them perform at a higher level or play earlier in the season.

Camp sessions are geared to sharpen volleyball skills, improve techniques, learn new offensive and defensive systems, along with improving the physical side of each individual. Condition circuits, weight lifting, along with aerobics are all included with camp sessions.

We always try to keep the ratio of athletes to coaches at 8:1. Having this ratio helps the coaches give the quality feedback that the campers need. During camp our number one concern is giving each camper the opportunity to improve and to learn.
