Kiser Building and Complex

Facilities Management occupies this facility along with vehicle maintenance, carpentry shop, paint shop and offices for custodial staff needs. The other two buildings are garages and workshop/storage.

History
Kise Kiser, who served the NWSA as a livestock instructor from 1921-1952. Kiser is noted for his work in feeder cattle and swine and sheep breeding. Born in 1884 in Kansas, Kiser became a pioneer agricultural leader in Minnesota in 1908. He is recognized as a visionary leader in vocational agriculture. He served as secretary of the Red River Valley Livestock Association for many years and was active in extension services
