Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and operation of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program in Region 1.
• Employs, supervises and trains other RSVP Program staff
• Develops and maintains financial, staff personnel, project and volunteer records
• Formulates plans and implements recruitment, orientation and placement of senior volunteers

Membership in Professional Organizations: 

• National Association of RSVP Directors
• MN Senior Service Corps Association

• Tri-Valley Opportunity Council Board member and treasurer
• Crookston Area Habitat for Humanity Board member
• Foster Grandparent Advisory Council Chair

• B.S (in progress) in Applied Studies, University of Minnesota, Crookston
