Biography:

Steve Olson has been with the University of Minnesota, Crookston since 1999.  He is the defensive line coach for the football program for the Golden Eagles.  Olson comes to UMC from Jamestown College, where he served as the head baseball coach for seven seasons and as the secondary coach and offensive line coach for one season along with serving as the defensive line coach for the past five seasons.  A native of Ada, MN, Olson is a graduate of Valley City State University, where he was an Academic All-American baseball player.  Prior to his tenure at Jamestown College, Olson was an assistant football and baseball coach at Northern State University (Aberdeen, SD).
