1. Faculty and staff line up in the Student Center in the hallway from the south mall entrance door (by the Bookstore) toward Owen Hall (facing west) at 1:30 p.m. In case of rain, line up in the Fitness Center (upstairs in Knutson Hall, Sports Center). Faculty/staff will be organized by rank and length of service.
2. The procession will be formed in ranks of two in the following order:
   • Faculty
   • Associate Degree Candidates
   • Baccalaureate Degree Candidates
   • Platform Guests
3. The faculty, lead by the Faculty Marshal, will follow the Mace Bearer in the processional.
4. Faculty will sit in the chairs on the left side in the reserved seating area.
5. The recessional will be in the reverse order of the processional. Faculty will follow the platform guests outside (out the north door of Lysaker) and form a double column for graduates to walk through along the sidewalk between the Sports Center and the Student Center.

The Commencement academic procession will comprise faculty, staff, graduates and platform guests marching in ranks of two. Faculty/staff will be organized by rank and length of service, as follows:
