Banquet Furnishings & Room Layouts
(The following items are also available at no extra cost.)
Head Table
If you desire a head table at your event please inform us of the number of people that will be seated at the head table. The head table and up to 3 reserved tables will be served at no additional cost. Any additional reserved tables will incur a $1.00 per guest charge to serve.
Stage
Stages are available for your functions as well, in 16 inch or 24 inch heights. The stages come in 6’ x 8’ sections and the total size is 12’ x 24’. Please inform us whether your event will require a stage, and if the full stage is required.
Piano, Podium, and Microphone
A piano as well as a podium and microphone are available in both the Brown Dining Room and Bede Ballroom. There is also a wireless microphone available upon request as well for the rooms mentioned.
Stereo
A full stereo including tape deck and CD player is available in the Brown Dining Hall. Someone should be assigned to cue the music and start and stop it if it is required.
TV & VCR
A TV and VCR can be requested and used in any of the available rooms. The combination comes on a rolling stand to allow easy movement and viewing in all of the available rooms.
Projectors and Screens
Overhead and slide projectors are available, as well as pull down screens for viewing in any of the available rooms. Overhead projectors are available for both hard copy documents as well as being compatible with the campus laptops for computer presentations. (LCD projectors would need to be rented through Media Services - Tom Sondreal - 281-8392)
Other Services
Other services may be requested if needed. We would be happy to discuss the availability of other items and whether any additional cost would be incurred for their use. Please include any requests when submitting the planner form or when consulting with the catering director.

Seating Arrangement
We have both round and square tables that can be arranged in different fashions shown below. Choose the seating plan that best suits your event’s needs. Other seating plans can also be designed and discussed.
