Bill's Belly Bustin' Five Mile Challenge (Walk-A-Thon)

 Hi! My name is Bill Tyrrell. I was born and grew up in Bismarck, ND. I attended both Valley City State University (ND) where I graduated in 1983. I then attended the University of North Dakota where I completed my work towards my athletic training certification.
I have worked at the University of Minnesota, Crookston for the past 21 years. The first 18 years I served as the head athletic trainer and since August of 2005 I have taken over the role of the Director of Athletic Fundraising. Overs these years I have come in contact with thousands of student-athletes and have remained friends with many of them. Because of this and the time I have worked at UMC, I have been asked to walk again in the second annual Bill Tyrrell Walk-a-Thon.
Please consider donating towards this event. Last year's event raised over $11,000 for athletic scholarships and this year we hope to raise over $15,000.
