    Job Responsibilities: 
   
General Yard work, Scouting of crops, diseases, insects, delivering 
    chemicals, fertilizer, bookwork, and working with customers.

    Summarize Your Experience:
    It was a very good experience that taught me a lot about the business and 
    what to expect if I took on a job like this in the future.  I learned about many 
    different parts of the business like price wars with other companies,        
    problems with customers, and employee relations

    What I liked about the job:  
   
I liked the hours, the people I worked with, and the feedback that they gave 
    me while I was working there.

   What I disliked about the job:
   The pressure that being an agronomist can put on a person.

   Areas that I need to learn more about:
   Knowing what chemicals to put on for certain fields and what the rate should 
   be.

 Job Title:  Field Scout Measure

 Job Responsibilities: 
 To find the proper sugar beet field and measure it with GPS. Then save data and transfer it to a computer and send it to main office in Crookston.

Summarize Your Experience:
It was a learning experience. I had to deal with a lot of different people through the summer. I got to work with cutting edge technology equipment.

What I liked about the job:
I enjoyed working in the field and outdoors. The cutting edge equipment was nice to work with. Meeting new people.

What I disliked about the job:
It was a repetitious job. In doing this job we had to work with American Crystal Sugar Company and they had different ways of solving business.

Areas that I need to learn more about:
Communication with people that are unorganized.
