Summarize Your |
I worked closely with feedlot and pasture
cattle on a daily basis. It was great
to work on a family farm like the Kobbermann’s and gain experience with beef
cattle. They were very willing to help
me have the best experience possible and taught me life long skills and
lessons about working with livestock and with others. |

|
What I liked most about |
I liked working
out on the pastures. It was great to
have Albert’s knowledge there with me when I was learning new things and he
was interested in the cattle knowledge I had gained from attending UMC. |
|
|
Challenges on the job: |
The most challenging
part of my job was that I did not get paid, but had room and board. It was worth it to me, but I would not
suggest it for anyone else if they need to make money. |
