 I worked about 6-7 days a week, about 50-60 hours.  Doing lots of different chores everyday, and attending around six shows during the internship.  I learned many different aspects about the show industry, but it was mostly focused on owning and coaching the youth rider facility. 

 

What I liked most about
the job:

 

At the end of this experience I really enjoyed seeing the outcome of all my hard work.  We worked hard with the kids all summer long, and at the last show it was really rewarding to see all them excelling.

 

Challenges on the job:

 

 

Being supervised by two different people at once, who of which didn’t communicate the best with each other.
