Summarize Your
Experience:

My experience was very educational, rewarding and fun.  I looked forward to work every day.  My supervisor made sure I received the experience I needed.  I was able to participate in many different activities throughout the summer that benefited me in advancing more skill and knowledge through the NRCS and Natural Resources

What I liked most about
the job:

What I liked most about the job were the employees that I was able to work along with.  Everyone in the office, including the SWCD, was willing to make my internship a great learning experience.  It was a great atmosphere full of positive attitudes and ambition.

Challenges on the job:

What I found to be the most challenging were some of the work loads that needed to be completed by a deadline.  It is challenging to balance the time between projects for quality work and be able to get them completed on time.  There was not a lot of pressure put upon me, but I do realize that when I am put on full time, this will be one of the greatest challenges.
