Mowing, cutting cups, irrigation system repair and  maintenance, pesticide applications, fertilizer applications, rolling of greens, tee and green plugging, etc.

Experience:

 Working at Edina Country Club was a good experience because it was my first time working at a private golf course and I learned many new golf course practices that I would have never learned working at a public golf course.

 

What I liked most about
the job:

 

What I learned most from this job was that it takes a lot of little detailed jobs to get a course in top conditions for what the members expect from a high-end private course.

 

Challenges on the job:

 

 

The thing I found challenging while working at E.C.C. was when working with 75% Hispanic work force it was hard to communicate sometimes because only about half of them could speak English well.  This still made working here a great experience and those guys were fun to work with.
