Summarize Your |
All summer I had to do the night milking at
the farm. I was in charge of the calf management program and a lot of the
field work involving the alfalfa. My most important jobs were overseeing the
weekend milker and keep the farm while Ron was away
on vacation. |
|
|
What I liked most about |
I learned the
most from Ron was how to keep a dairy facility running smoothly. The part I
like the most about my job was how to easy it was to work with all my
co-workers. The other aspect that I enjoyed was how much experience I gained
from Ron. |

|
Challenges on the job: |
The things I
found most challenging at my job was how quickly I had to learn the haying
techniques used at Vancrest. My other biggest
challenge was setting up a calf management program for Ron. |
