 At the beginning of the season, I worked mostly in the greenhouse until the spring annual rush was over. Then I learned the basics on landscaping and supervised my own crew the rest of the summer. I also did some small design work and obtained a lot of experience in customer relations.

 

What I liked most about
the job:

 

My favorite part of my job over the last summer was that I had easy to work with people and I my opinion was valued and respected.

 

Challenges on the job:

 

 

I became good friends with my coworkers and the hardest part of my job was to tell them they didn’t do their work well enough and had to improve on it.
