Experience:

 I supported my staff is anything and everything that they did.  I was able to make decisions with training and different types of methods to help with horses and campers.  It was an outstanding learning experience and I was able to do more then I had ever thought of.

What I liked most about
the job:

The idea of using the knowledge of what I have learned from school and work.  I loved the campers and my staff and the all around experience of what I was able to accomplish. 

Challenges on the job:

I found trying to fit into a camp that has been around for 45 years and everyone that was there and been there before or their moms, aunts, or even grandmothers had been there.
