Detachment 610, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, offers an exciting new program for Community College of the Air Force graduates to earn thier bachelor's degree and a commission as a second lieutenant in the United States Air Force.

How it works:

Enlisted members who are graduates of the Community College of the Air Force can apply for the Professional Officer Course Early Release Program (POC-ERP) through thier base education office.

Those selected (recent selection boards have selected 76% and 75% of the applicants) are released from active duty and enrolled in Air Force ROTC at Detachment 610.
