LF PRICE CLOTHING SALE --
TRIVIA The trivia question from December 13th was really more of a riddle. The winner was Randy Lee. The question was: If there are 3 apples and you take away 2, how many do you have? You have 2. He can stop by and pick up his free Grand Theater movie pass from Meloni or Pam. This weeks trivia question is: Name the only mammal that can fly. Write your answer on a slip of paper along with your name and e-mail address and drop it off in the box located at the Bede Information Desk by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 12. We will draw a winner from the correct answers. The winner's name will appear in the January 18th Regals Report.

A smile is a language even a baby understands.
UPCOMING EVENTS:
MEET YOUR STUDENT FORUM
MEMBERS This weeks member is Shane Roers. Shane is a junior majoring in
Business Management. His hometown is Fargo, ND. Shane is the Elections Committee Chairman.
He also serves on the Committees-on Committees for Parking, Parking Appeals, CSA Web Page,
Library and Facilities Maintenance. Shane is the Club Senator for Animal Science
Association, Bible Study and Campus Ministry. Shane has the following to say about his
role on Student Forum: "As a senator I try to bring any student concerns forward to
the Crookston Student Association and try to find out what we can do about them to benefit
the student body as a whole. I also get the opportunity to sit on many different
committees. This is really very rewarding. It gives me the opportunity to take part in
what actually goes on at UMC and does not take much effort or knowledge. I would recommend
that everyone get a little more involved with any committees on campus."
STUDENT CONDUCT CODE --Students are reminded that they are responsible for the information contained in the Student Conduct Code. Copies are available at various locations around campus including the Bede Information Desk, the Library, and the Office of the Registrar. A FEW STATEMENTS TO PONDER--
If you try to fail, and succeed, which have you done?
If the # 2 pencil is the most popular, why is it still # 2?
Where do forest rangers go to "get away from it all?"
Would a fly without wings be called a walk?
UMC STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF -- Give yourselves a hand. Thanks to our generous campus community 49 people were given gifts through the Angel Tree, 212 pounds of food was donated to the Care and Share Food Shelf and $139 was collected by UMC Ambassadors in the 4th Annual Holiday Penny Drive. The funds were delivered to the Care and Share Center for the Homeless to assist with the needs at that center. Way to go UMC!!!

Good and quickly seldom meet.
