This is twice the amount you were given last year. We have seen many users "run out of space". Why am I out of space? Biggest culprits are chain letters, sound and wave files. Tell your friends not to send these to you. Symptoms: You may see a message very similar to this effect, have trouble printing, or not be able to send email messages. What do you do? Please go to the Helpdesk, login and ask for assistance. We will not grant additional space until you are willing to sit down and delete mail. Thank you for your cooperation.
