Ma Brown's Dining Room is located on the second floor of the Sahlstrom Conference Center.  The spacious dining room can hold 350 people.  Separate meeting rooms can be blocked off for private use.  The cafeteria offers a variety of nutritious meals to satisfy anyone's appetite.  Each person has a choice of two different entree lines featuring many different dishes.   A third line offering short order items is available Monday-Friday.  A trip through the salad bar is also included with your meal.

Lunch: 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Supper: 4:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
